Saturday morning we got up and hung around the house until it was time for gymnastics. Surprisingly, we were the only ones that showed up to class, so we got a private lesson- it was nice but a little awkward at the same time. Cianna had fun doing her rolls and TONS of jumping so I was happy :).
After gymnastics we went out to lunch and then off to UTC mall! We let Cianna play for awhile and jump in the bounce house hoping she would take a nap in the stroller afterwards but that did not work out for us..oh well!
Here she is playing in the fountain at the mall

Later on I decided that it would be fun to bake and make some cake pops. So, I went out and grabbed dinner for us and all of the baking supplies and then it began! Cianna helped us bake the cake before she went to bed and then it was up to my mom and I to finish the job. I should have taken a picture of the mess we made..haha, but it was a lot of fun and VERY worth it.
They were delicious and a total hit. I am sure I will be making more of these in the near future.

On Sunday morning the 3 of us went out to a nice breakfast and then we took my mom to the train. Cianna had so much fun with Grandma and loved having her here- so much that she cried when she was saying goodbye; it was a tear jerker. Good news is that we will be seeing Grandma again very soon!!
After we dropped my mom off, we had to run a few errands and then we stopped at the park for awhile. Swinging away! We couldn't stay too long because it was a bit warm outside.

After the park we made a little detour and had some ice cream at Baskin Robbins. Cianna was making all kinds of silly faces.

Then, it was nap time...ahh!
Little Cianna Update:
Cianna is growing up before our eyes and continually amazes us everyday. She definitely has her own little personality and is not afraid to show it and the girl knows what she wants :).
*Lately she will say "Mommy, guess what"? She will then usually tell me something that she did at daycare- love that.
We are slowly beginning potty training and hope she shows more interest soon.
*She is still really into watching her Disney movies and loves playing in her kitchen and loves to cook for us. She was even using the oven mit the other day- my mom and I were cracking up. Amazing what kids learn by just watching us all of the time.
*She likes to count and she will read every now and then to herself.

*She loves to be outside and her new thing is that she likes to sit in her new little chair (that she got from Aunt Karen, Uncle Carl and Cousin Joe). She will sit in her chair in the garage and hang out with Eric.
*She is still really enjoying daycare and they are doing a lot of fun things this summer. Here she is at the Wild Animal Park last week.

Eric told me she likes to put her backpack on after he picks her up and wears it to the car. Such a big girl!

Something different everyday with our little love bug...makes life a lot of fun!
