Where does the time go?...Week 3

Well, we made it through another week. Cianna and I did very well while on our own but we miss daddy a lot! Things have been quite less overwhelming for me this week and life is beginning to feel normal again. I guess I am feeling a lot more comfortable with motherhood as I get to know Cianna more and more. She even slept in her crib last night and it was very successful!

The two of us spent a lot of time at home this week but we did have a few outings. Tuesday night, our great friends Mike and Melinda had us over for dinner and we enjoyed delicious taco salad. Cianna was an angel of course! On Friday, I took Cianna to meet my co-workers and they all loved meeting her. My friend Jessica Bell was in town this weekend so she was able to stop by and meet Cianna Friday- it was so great to see her (Jess, I can't believe we did not take any pictures). We were also able to get out on Friday night to one of our local restaurants to watch the Laker Game...Mike and Melinda joined us there as well.

On Saturday our friends Ryan and Julie and their 6 month old baby girl Mady came over to visit. We all had a nice little visit and here are a few pics.

Cianna got a package from Aunt Laura, Uncle Edward and her cousins Vivian and Samuel and Eric thought it would be cute to take a picture of her accepting the gift..thank you Cannons!

Yesterday, we all took a nice long walk down to our local bagel shop for breakfast and later in the afternoon we headed over to Mike and Melinda's for appetizers and we even fit in a game of Yahtzee! Hmm we are sure hanging out with Mike and Melinda a lot..I think they just like hanging out with Cianna...haha just kidding.
