Weekend Update

Saturday morning we attended baby Melia's dedication. It was really nice and we enjoyed a delicious brunch afterwards. Melia is 5 months old now and is growing like a weed. We can't wait for both of our girls to be able to play together!! We are really lucky to have such great friends that live so close, we tend to get together often :).

Later on Saturday we took a drive to the Paradise Point hotel to check it out for my parents since they will be coming to hang out for a few days in a week or so. Since we made the trip we decided to enjoy the view and the weather and had a quick appetizer before heading home.

On Sunday morning we took a stroll down to the bagel shop.

I needed to get some cleaning done around the house, so Eric took Cianna to Kidsville- think she had a good time and she was definitely tired...she took a good nap! Eric wanted pigtails, so Cianna got pigtails.

Apparently Cianna did not want to get out of this car.

Sunday afternoon we headed out to Carlsbad for a housewarming/welcome party for our friends the Sleight's. We stayed for a couple hours and enjoyed the good food and Cianna had fun playing with the other kids. Another nice weekend at home.

I am realizing that I am kind of lacking on pictures and not taking them at some of our events (playdates, etc). I will get better :)

This is Cianna a couple weeks ago. This is one of her favorite things to do these days and she is super fast now. We hope that she will be walking anyday now :)
